These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the bh99999 platform and constitute a legally binding agreement between you and bh99999. Please read them carefully before registering, depositing, or placing any bets on our platform.

One Account Policy

Each player is permitted one registered account on bh99999. Multiple accounts per individual, household, or device are prohibited and will result in permanent suspension.

Right to Update

Section 1

General Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") set out the contractual relationship between bh99999 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") and any individual ("you", "the Player", "the User") who accesses, browses, registers on, or uses any part of the bh99999 website and its associated services, including but not limited to casino games, sports betting, live dealer tables, crash games, and fishing games.

These Terms are written in English and the English version shall prevail in all cases of dispute, interpretation, or ambiguity. The Platform is operated for players based in Bangladesh, and by using bh99999 you represent that your use complies with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction of residence.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or death or personal injury caused by negligence.

Section 2

Eligibility & Age Restriction

Registering, depositing, or playing as a minor is a serious violation of these Terms and is illegal. bh99999 will take all necessary steps to identify and remove underage users, including retention of relevant evidence for reporting purposes.
              

To register and use a real-money account on bh99999, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times during the operation of your account:

You are at least 18 years of age;
You are a resident of Bangladesh or are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not explicitly prohibited for individuals;

If it is discovered that a player is under the age of 18, bh99999 will immediately close the account, void all bets placed, and return any deposited funds (net of any bonuses received) to the payment method used for deposit. bh99999 will not be liable for any losses incurred by an underage player prior to detection, and may refer the matter to appropriate authorities where required by law.

Players who are aware that a minor has registered on the Platform are asked to report this immediately to support@bh99999. bh99999 takes underage gambling prevention extremely seriously and cooperates fully with any relevant investigation.

Section 3

Account Registration & Verification

Each eligible individual may hold one and only one registered account on bh99999. Duplicate accounts — whether registered under the same name, email address, phone number, device, IP address, or payment method — are strictly prohibited. bh99999 employs automated and manual detection systems to identify duplicate registrations, and any accounts identified as duplicates will be permanently closed. Balances held in duplicate accounts will be forfeited.

When completing the registration form, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your legal full name, date of birth, valid email address, and a mobile number registered in Bangladesh. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information is a material breach of these Terms and will result in account closure.

Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

bh99999 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process consistent with responsible gaming and anti-fraud standards. You may be required to complete KYC verification at any time, including but not limited to:

When requesting your first withdrawal;
When cumulative deposits exceed certain thresholds;
When unusual account activity is detected;
When requested as part of a routine compliance review.

KYC documents typically required include: a government-issued photo ID (National ID Card, passport, or driving licence), proof of address (utility bill or bank statement issued within the last three months), and proof of the payment method used (a screenshot of your bKash or Nagad wallet showing your name and mobile number). Account Security

Section 4

Deposits & Withdrawals

bh99999 supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals, all denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT): bKash, Nagad, Rocket (Dutch-Bangla Bank), and Upay. Visa and Mastercard card payments are available for eligible verified accounts. Bank transfers from major Bangladeshi banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank are also accepted subject to the limits and processing times outlined below.

Deposits

The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 per transaction.
Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay are credited to your bh99999 account instantly in the vast majority of cases. In rare instances of network delays, deposits may take up to 15 minutes.
bh99999 does not charge a platform-side fee on deposits. However, your mobile financial service provider may apply their own standard transaction charges — please refer to your provider's fee schedule.
All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension and return of funds to the originating account.
bh99999 reserves the right to refuse any deposit at its sole discretion, particularly where the deposit is flagged by our fraud-prevention systems.

Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 per transaction.
Withdrawals to bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay are typically processed within 30 minutes to 2 hours during regular business hours. Bank transfer withdrawals are processed within 1 to 3 business hours.
Withdrawals can only be made to a payment account registered in the same name as the bh99999 account. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted.
All withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification. Accounts that have not completed identity verification may experience delays in withdrawal processing.
bh99999 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal where fraud, money laundering, or terms violation is suspected.
Any active deposit bonus must meet its wagering requirements in full before a withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings can be processed. See the Bonuses & Promotions section below for full details.

                Currency: All account balances, transactions, and displayed odds on bh99999 are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). bh99999 does not currently support multi-currency accounts.
              

Section 5

Bonuses & Promotions

bh99999 offers a range of bonuses and promotions to eligible registered players from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spin offers, cashback schemes, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as the BPL cricket season, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms, which will be clearly stated at the point of offer. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail for matters directly relating to that promotion.

Wagering Requirements

All bonuses credited to a bh99999 account are subject to wagering requirements unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion terms. Wagering requirements specify the number of times the bonus amount (or the bonus plus deposit amount, as indicated) must be wagered using real-money bets before any winnings derived from the bonus may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiple and any game contribution rates will be stated in the specific promotion terms. As a general principle:

Slot games typically contribute 100% toward wagering requirements.
Live casino and table games typically contribute at a reduced rate (e.g., 10%–25%), as specified per promotion.
Sports betting wagers may contribute at rates varying by market and odds, as specified per promotion.
Bets placed on games excluded from the promotion do not contribute toward the wagering requirement.

Bonus Abuse

bh99999 operates a strict zero-tolerance policy toward bonus abuse. Practices that constitute bonus abuse include, but are not limited to: placing low-risk or hedging bets designed to extract bonus funds without genuine gameplay risk; using multiple accounts to claim the same bonus more than once; coordinating with other players to exploit promotion mechanics; and providing false information to qualify for a promotion. Any account found engaging in bonus abuse will have its bonus balance voided and may face permanent suspension. bh99999's determination of what constitutes bonus abuse is final.

Section 6

Gameplay Rules & Fair Play

Placing bets using funds that are the proceeds of criminal activity (money laundering);

Disputed Outcomes

If you believe a game outcome is incorrect, you must raise a dispute with the bh99999 support team within 72 hours of the relevant game round completing. Disputes raised after this period may not be investigated. bh99999 will review the game log and, where appropriate, escalate the matter to the relevant game provider. The outcome of this review is final and binding. All game round data is logged and stored securely and constitutes the definitive record of gameplay on this Platform.

Section 7

Account Suspension & Closure

bh99999 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, for reasons including but not limited to: breach of these Terms; suspected fraud or money laundering activity; account security concerns; failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe; or at the request of the account holder themselves.

Voluntary Account Closure

Players who wish to close their account voluntarily — whether for personal reasons or as part of a responsible gaming decision — may do so by contacting the support team at support@bh99999. Upon account closure, any remaining balance will be returned to the verified payment method on file, provided KYC verification has been completed and no pending investigation is active.

Self-Exclusion

Players who feel that their gambling may be becoming problematic are strongly encouraged to make use of the self-exclusion tools available within their account settings. Self-exclusion periods range from a minimum of 7 days to a permanent exclusion. Dormant Accounts

If the account remains inactive and the balance is insufficient to cover the fee, the account may be closed. Players may reactivate a dormant account at any time by contacting support, subject to KYC re-verification.

                Note on Fraudulent Accounts: Where an account is closed due to confirmed fraud, money laundering, or deliberate terms abuse, bh99999 reserves the right to withhold the entire account balance, share account data with relevant authorities, and pursue legal remedies as appropriate under applicable law.
              

Section 8

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bh99999, its directors, employees, partners, and service providers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses or damages arising from:

Your use of, or inability to use, the Platform or any of its services;
Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the Platform or any game service;
Any loss of data, funds, or profits arising from technical failures, network outages, or circumstances beyond bh99999's reasonable control;
Any unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials;
Any reliance placed on information, odds, or content provided on the Platform;
Gambling losses incurred during normal gameplay, including losses arising from game outcomes.

bh99999's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the total value of funds held in that player's account at the time the liability arises. This limitation applies whether the claim arises in contract, tort, negligence, breach of statutory duty, or otherwise.

bh99999 provides the Platform and all associated services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranty — express or implied — regarding the uninterrupted availability of the Platform, the accuracy of game results displayed, or the fitness of the Platform for any particular purpose beyond that of online gaming entertainment.

Force Majeure

bh99999 shall not be in breach of these Terms, nor liable for any delay or failure to perform any obligation, if such delay or failure results from events, circumstances, or causes beyond its reasonable control, including acts of God, telecommunications failures, power outages, government actions, civil unrest, or natural disasters. In such circumstances, bh99999 will make reasonable efforts to restore service as promptly as possible and to notify affected players where practical.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any dispute arising under or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved by mutual agreement shall be subject to the dispute resolution process set out by bh99999, details of which are available from the support team at support@bh99999. You retain any statutory rights that cannot be excluded by agreement.
